PC Shaw Joins Tom Meusborn at Total Baseball Vipers

Integral to the high-level training available at Total Baseball Vipers is PC Shaw, a storied coach who brings a top baseball pedigree and a wealth of player development, recruitment and operational expertise to the program. Shaw rejoins his longtime colleague Tom Meusborn, founding coach of Total Baseball Vipers and the Associate Head of Varsity Baseball at Sierra Canyon. Together, Meusborn and Shaw led the Chatsworth High School Varsity Baseball team to multiple State titles and records.


Before joining Sierra Canyon in 2019, Meusborn won 677 games, 22 West Valley League Championships and eight Los Angeles City Section Championships with his powerhouse Chatsworth High team. After working with Meusborn at Chatsworth and prior to becoming a part of Total Baseball Vipers, Shaw owned and operated Pacific Baseball Academy (PBA), developing it into one of the most prominent baseball training academies in Southern California.PBA developed elite-level youth players who aspired to play competitive high school baseball and Shaw looks forward to bringing his unique development system to Total Baseball Vipers. Shaw also spent multiple years as an assistant coach at the college level with NCAA division 1 UCLA baseball. Shaw has trained countless players who have gone on to outstanding college and major league careers including 2015 MLB All Stars Mike Moustakas (Chatsworth High School), Brandon Crawford (UCLA), and Gerrit Cole (UCLA). Together, Meusborn and Shaw have decades of experience recruiting and developing players on their way to successful baseball careers.
